Sales Manager

Job Type: Full time – Department: Sales

Job Descriptions

  • Engage in business development activities for assigned accounts & industries.
  • Establish relationships with key client decision-makers and maintaining regular contact and ensuring that communication flows effectively.
  • Work closely with the rest of the team in ensuring fulfillment of services offered.
  • Develop and constantly pursue a deep understanding of assigned industries.
  • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstration.
  • Provide leadership and direction where necessary.
  • Must ensure that all team members understand the team's objectives and work together to achieve it.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for account executives as they generate leads and close new deals.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.

Qualification:

Job Description:

  • Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and services.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Proactively bring ideas for content, promotions, video scripts, contents, blogs, etc.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily social media post content that builds meaningful connections, and encourages customers to interact, to sustain brand relevance and visibility.
